A proposed Issue 35 on the City of Cleveland shall not use any traffic law photo-monitoring device for the enforcement of a qualified traffic law violation is headed to the upcoming November 4, 2014 ballot. Wednesday October 28, 2014 Shelvie Polls released the following polling results:
Fifty-three percent (53%) of absentee voters are more likely to vote yes on Cleveland Issue 35. Thirty-three percent (33%) replied no for Issue 35 while fourteen percent (14%) remain undecided according to a Shelvie Polls.
